Good day Roy
Is there an easy way to create a timeslip with a zero amount? Currently what I have to do is:

1. Change time override to yes and enter manual time as 0. If I do not do this step it will show as a zero amount on the timeslip screen but it will show the default hourly amount on the invoice.

2. Under billing change to a zero the amount although that timeslip activity is set to zero

I have set certain timeslip activities to flat rate and zero amount but in the rate to charge field under billing on the timeslip it shows a flat rate with my default hourly rate

That seems to work fine for the invoices where it does not show any debit, however, on the top left where it shows the budget it calculates it as an expense, in the attachment you will see the case is in a negative but there is a retainer of R7500 and only one expense of R127.50.

It calculates all the no-charge time slips
