I have not really used Xdocs in the past.  Caseworks now allows you to attach xdocs to reports. This a great new feature. My question is about uploading to Xdocs. At present I have to upload individual files.  Will there be a feature where folders and be uploaded and all the files in that folder? The other question I had concerns video and audio files. These types of files can be quite large. Can they be uploaded in a compressed  zip folder? Does the person receiving a report with attached xdocs able to open the different types of files. Not sure how it all works. Thanks

This is a multipart question.  CaseWorks does not allow you to upload folder contents from your computer hard drive. You will have to designate which file, notice singular, and upload as required.

The person receiving your attachments will be opening on their computer/laptop/cell phone or what ever devices they have.  The device that gets the email will have to make a determination as how best to open the attachment.  That responsibility lies with the user of the device.

The safest file type to send, with respect to being opened by the email recipient, is a PDF style document. .
