Time-slip expense

I have noticed that if I am entering an expense from the timeslip screen it will only allow me to input whole numbers, for example, if I am entering Travel Time and I want to enter 0.6 it will only allow 1. But if I go directly to expenses and enter the same item there it will allow me to input 0.6
