Has anyone noticed you cannot search for a case by the court/client number? Very frustrating not to able to do that. Has anyone noticed you cannot search for an invoice by date? Can that be fixed?

I have discovered case works definitely has search issues. Not only cannot you not search a court -client number or an invoice you are limited in searching period. If I enter a name in a leads note but fail to enter that name into poi that name is not searchable. Every other database has this feature. You can search Gmail, Dropbox, one drive, google drive, word and outlook for a name or a word. I think this needs to be addressed. Leads notes, invoices, court/client numbers need to be searchable. What is the point of a data base that limits you this much. How are you going to know if you have a conflict if the conflict exists in a lead note. This has happened to me. I found the conflict by sheer luck.
Case number, DA Number Cause number ... are searchable in Case Works from not only the home screen, but at the case screen as well
