I figured out how to add lead, but if I just want it to read Case Information how do I delete the case lead text?
also how can I adjust header area to match letter head (attached) my logo looks off as compared to my letterhead.

In the report, the leads section is kinda permanent. However, if this a change you really want ... post this in the Suggestions forums and let's see who else want some changes in that area as well.
RE your logo on paper, we can not match your letter head. My recommendation is to create a similar logo that will be used exclusively for your reports etc. Just pay close attention to the size of the logo... you may have to go through a few draft logo's until you find the one that your happy with.
