RED LIGHT, GREEN LIGHT

I like the red light display for cash spent on a case. What I would like is for ALL users to have the ability to see this light, even if they are not authorized to see the financial information. I think this would be great. 10 investigators, only 3 can see financials, but all 10 need to know how much $$$ is left on a case.
