Case works was updated last week to include printing a demographic report when the Report button in the actions column is selected. This does generate a report about every thing contained in the Rolodex about the person you've selected. However, this report did not include the role in the case and the notes of why this person is connected to the case.
Case Works now shows you the role in the case and any notes contained as to why this person is connected to the case.
Slight caution here, take a look at this screen. Under the filter options, you will find a button that says report. This report will print everyone that fit the filters established. In this example, I've filter on the last name 'able'. When you select the report button in the filters section, you will get a report that's based on your filter. The type of report printed is as seen ( 4 options)
Should you, however, choose the report button in the actions column, you will only get a demographic report about that individual and as well, the role and narrative as to why the person is connected to the case.
