Caseworks now shows you the email address of each individual listed in the POI screen. Not only that, if you click on the email address shown, Case Works will provide you a way to directly email the person. In addition to this, Case Works will memorialize that the email was sent in the work product section of case works and mark the item as "NO CHARGE"
