Does that also work if a case is reassigned to another investigator? I
sometimes assign the case to me until the client has paid the
retainer or signed the Letter of Agreement and once that is done I then
reassign it to an investigator. So will that investigator get the
assignment notice?
Also is there a way for the client to be notified that the case has been opened and the current status of the case and any change to that status?
