Hi!  I was hoping to find out how if it is possible to enable notifications within CaseWorks.  For example, when an agent is assigned a case, is there a way for that assignment to automatically generate a notification to the agent that they have been assigned the case?  Also, is it possible to have notifications generated to System Administrators for updates to cases (ie. new data entry, change in case status, and budget notifications)?

Evey Good Questions ... Yes (kinda)

With respect to notifying Investigators of new cases, and leads assigned to individuals ... in the system profile ( from the home screen) go to the Case Mgt tab. If you have recorded emails associated to investigators, then, when a new case is recorded and the individual who has been designated lead investigator will get an email from the system.  When you add new leads and assigned the person responsible for the lead, will also get an email.

Not currently,  we would need to flush out the specifics.  Such as new data entry ... would that mean all data, time slips/case notes, Time lines, discovery, etc ...  Can you amplify your thoughts?
