New Changes yet again and anomaly fix from yesterday

Folks new changes. In the Company of Interest (COI), the phone numbers for the companies can now be changed from the COI screen. Just like you can modify phone numbers in POI screen.

Another fix was added to yesterday's release. When you add a new employee from the COI screen, you can now tell Case Works what role that person has in the case, witness or not and type of witness along with some notes. Apparently, it broke redb , alas, has been fixed. shade

I also want to recognize Jim McKay, San Antonio TX who was the inspiration for this change ( Note: not the breakage rather the idea to capture the person's roles etc)
