What do you think about a button that takes me back to the case I am working on. When I edit a business or add a new number to a person or edit that person's profile I cannot go back to the case I was working. Instead I have to go back to cases, select the case I was just in, select work case and then I am finally back to where I started. I do not want to be kicked out of the case I am working simply because I added a new number or some new notes to a person's rolodex. Is this possible? What do you think.

When you add a new phone number or address, etc, Case Works will in fact return you to the screen where you came from. Such as if you are working in the people associated to the case and should you add phone number or other, Case Works will return you to the screen where you came from. However, should you go into the profile of either the people or company ( ie. the Rolodex and work other issues other than provided as a direct link from people or companies associated to the case) Case works can not return you to the Case you were working on.)

What is happening is that Case Works keeps tracks for where you came from and then return to to the last location. Should you move to another screen, then Case Works will only remember that last screen.
