I'm trying to add an incident date to an existing case. I can enter the date, and save the basic case information screen. When I come back to the screen the date is gone, or at least not displaying... any ideas? Gary

I have found that any important info you need that case works does not display in the basic case screen. Info you need to display you will need to add in notes. Then you will see the info you require. I always have to enter the offense date as well as the court and cause number info into notes. This is information I need to see whenever I open a case. I find it to be bit redundant since it already entered when I created the case but oh well! Case Works is big on redundancy. I reminds me of having very long shoe laces you always have to double tie.
