Different LOA selection

I have noticed that even though I have four different Letters of Agreement when I select one of the others it does not change, it still remains as the default LOA, so I have to go in and manually edit the changes.

Rick ... Not sure what you indicating. I tested this morning, I have several LOA in the system. I changed the default for the LOA i want to see ... and it does as expected. I set it to another LOA, and again .. it selected correctly.

Can you clarify? What browser are you using? Did you try a different browser?
