If we have more than one profile picture on the individual, is there any way to include more than one on the new demographic report with the photos accompanying notes

At the present no. However, you can create a report from the People rolodex for that person and print all photos connected to a person.

The current demographic report selects the photo that is established as the primary photo for the individual.

I'm a little unclear as to what you want to achieve here. Do you want to print all pictures connected to the individual?
