Roy, every time I go to add a phone number, the curser is at rear of area code. By time I realize, its messed up my number addition. Can this be adjusted so new number insertion begins at first number of area code?

Steve, thanks for the comment. The issue is where are you clicking? As when you click into any field, CaseWorks respects where the user places the cursor. You may find you want to click into the middle of the field, end or at the beginning. This is for all fields in CaseWorks.
Next time you enter a phone number, have an experiment ... Place the cursor in the middle and click ... See where it places you... then try end of the field. then try beginning of the field. You should find, CaseWorks puts the cursor where you selected.
