Would it be possible to add fields for the various social media platforms and website addresses for both POI and Companies, and have that info populate at least the Pedigree report?
Also, I notice on the Pedigree report that there is an area for Narrative, where does it pull information from for that area on the report?

RIck ... in the POI History would be at least a place to record it. You can define the type of history via system settings and add like the category Facebook, Google, etc
You then can record the social media ... however ... I really don't see where it actually produces the report.
Sooo ... What if we were to have a social media button for people. hooked in people rolodex and record information you want?
Re: the narrative on the pedigree report. That comes from where you recorded in the POI what there connection to the case is. Not the drop down classification , rather a narrative "Witnessed the accident" or what ever seems appropriate.
Re: companies ... we need to flush that out a bit as parameters are. If i am recording an social media, I"m normally associating to a person ... not a company. I know that can be done, but, what percentage of time does that happen to you?

It happens quite a bit when doing due diligence and asset locates etc
