Folks,
CaseWorks will be converting one of the lesser used data set (History) in the people rolodex. This will be converted to tracking social media accounts.
There are 2 other categories that can be utilized, Such as Research and Criminal History
This change will take affect in about 2 weeks. Heads up.

I Intend on using the ability to classify the information being recorded in the new Social Media area with the following starting categories.
Website, Email

In regard to the survey for social media, do you want to know which social media platforms should be options or would we be able to edit them in the SETTINGS screens?
I think the data fields should include the platform eg "FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM" etc the URL to the profile the user name and specific to Facebook the Facebook ID because sometimes people change the name of their profile/page but the Facebook ID always remains the same.
The system will be set up to record, as a category, either website or email.
